Providing warranty coverage on a new home is more complex than with typical off-the-shelf products. The construction of your Greenboro home incorporates hundreds of different products and involves dozens of trade partners. Only a planned, coordinated warranty system can ensure timely service of your non-emergency items. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, you will have a 2 Month and 11 Month warranty follow-up appointment during which any issues which may have arisen in your home will be addressed.
